Rule 37
Regarding amendment of the indictment
According to section 36 of the Civil Code of Criminal Procedure, 2074, if it is necessary to amend the indictment, the relevant public prosecutor's office shall send a copy of the document for the approval of the Attorney General along with its opinion.
